You will visit the large panoramic terrace overlooking San Giminiano, the vineyards, the underground cellars and the old oil mill where the tasting will take place. The topics covered range from local and family history, to organic/regenerative farming and the natural winemaking processes we adopt. You will taste three of our organic wines and EVO oil accompanied by a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts.
